Upon ordering a book, both the e-reading book and audiobook will be listed in the reader’s account, offering convenient and swift access for reading at any time.
3. Is it mandatory to include an audiobook along with the e-reading book when uploading a book?
For a seamless reading experience, each listed book will feature both e-reading book and audio editions. However, authors/publishers have the option to upload only the e-reading book edition, as MyGoldenPals will generate the audio edition to complement it.
4. Are there any fees associated with uploaded books?
For each reading fee, the author/publisher will receive 88% of the total, while MyGoldenPals retains a 12% fee. This fee is intended to cover processing costs, as well as the maintenance and updates of the website.
In the event of generating an audiobook, there is an additional 3% fee for Regular members, whereas it is free for Prime members.

Please consult the “Return/Exchange Policy” documents for comprehensive details. Typically, purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, with the exception of perishable items. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
